DURATION OF THE COURSE

The course of study shall be for a duration of one academic year consisting of 180 working days/Curriculum transaction days or 1080 hours (6 days per week @ 6 hours per day) excluding admission and examination days. The 180 working days will include teaching practice, revision examination, and study holidays.

The candidates should have passed the UG degree examination in the 10+2+3 pattern of education with the same main subject in part III, for which she is seeking admission to the B.Ed., course.

STRENGTH OF THE STUDENTS

A total of hundred students were admitted for the B.Ed. course in the academic year 2010-2011.

A total of thirty five students were admitted for the M.Ed. course in the academic year 2010-2011.
