The college has a dynamic and well established “Training & Placement Cell” headed by DEAN/PLACEMENT assisted by one PLACEMENT OFFICER along with one staff coordinator and two student coordinators
from each Department. The training and placement cell looks after the useful and purposeful Career Guidance Programs (CGP), soft skills Programs, Personality Development Programs (PDP) and Project
Guidance. After this kind of training programs, campus/off-campus interviews are being arranged for eligible candidates. The T & P cell is continuously interacting with Multinational Companies (MNCs)
and Reputed Companies in India. In addition to these companies, the Indian Army (Defense Service) also Recruits Army Officers through the Direct Entry Scheme (DES) from our Institutions.

For organizing combined campus drive recruitment, we have got a second
largest Auditorium in Tamilnadu by name” KASTHURIBA KALAI ARANGAM” in our
campus. Where we can accommodate more than 2500 students for giving Pre
Placement Talk(PPT) by the HRs before the Commencement of their actual selection processes.

Under the “Tamilnadu State Level Placement Programs (TNSLPP)”, more number of students are benefited especially the students who are studying in the rural colleges. On the basis of the requirement of the MNCs and their criteria, our students are allowed to take part in the “Combined Campus Drive Recruitment” at Coimbatore Centre (GCT). Many Students have been placed under this scheme many students have been placed from our institution.
