 The
place Thindal, 8km from Erode City reminds
us of two land marks one, the murugan temple
and the other “VELLALAR”.
The Vellalar Matriculation Higher Secondary
and Stateboard school were started by the
dedicated and devoted philanthropists of
the Vellalar Educational Trust, with the
motive of imparting quality education to
the girls.
The school, situated in a sprawling campus
of 10 acres, has a serene atmosphere apt
for learning. As it is away from the hustle
and bustle of the city, the school provides
a healthy atmosphere, resembling a “Gurukul”.
